Nordic Yacht Works, Inc. is a full service brokerage company with our in-house service department offering a line of marine services out of our boatyard location in Lantana, Florida. We are specialized in exporting boats and yachts from the USA to our growing overseas clientele. Together with our partners we have delivered hundreds of vessels around the world.

The business was established in 2008 due to the increasing number of inquiries our owners had from European boat buyers to offer a safe way of buying US pleasure boats with reliable condition reports and pre-shipping service work. The business quickly developed from an “inspect – repair – modify – ship” operation to a full service brokerage business with the ability to offer all the service work and customizing options to our clientele. Nordic Yacht Works now offers a unique concept of buying a used boat with the possibility to choose the options almost as you would when buying a new boat from the factory.

Our growing clientele and the true ability to deliver boats to various locations around the globe (USA, Europe, Russia, Australia, South America) with country specific certifications (like CE for Europe) made the news travel fast in the USA as well and we are proud to offer a safe channel for US boat owners to sell their yachts or boats overseas with minimal hassle to the owner and through a licensed and bonded US brokerage partner with proper escrow facilities.

Nordic Yacht Works is an owner operated business employing marine professionals and subcontractors with various fields of marine expertise. Our brokers not only sit by their computers and phones, they actively participate and educate themselves in the service and customizing work. This gives them the ability to be a more educated partner for our buyers when inspecting a boat to buy or for our boat sellers when listing a boat for sale with realistic sales expectations.
